Healing
Dance Ceremony
A journey through the many colours
of being human.
Cacao, live music and free movement. Space to feel more deeply, soften what you’re carrying, and meet yourself with a little more love.
With Sasha X + guest musicians & facilitators
come as you are.move as you feel.
AN INVITATION TO FEEL
You don’t have to
know the moves.
Let them find you.
Some feelings are easy to welcome.
Others wait beneath the surface.
Music and movement invite us to explore both—from tenderness and longing to freedom and joy. No dance experience or choreography is needed. Follow what comes from within: a sway, a breath, a moment of stillness. It all belongs.
THE JOURNEY
Arrive. Land.
Expand. Integrate.
Settle into the circle. Feel your way outward.
Return with time to take it all in.
Come into the circle.
Arrive with cacao, live music and time to connect. Together, we set an intention and notice what we’re bringing into the room.
Every part
of you is
welcome.
THE FULL CIRCLE OF FEELING
More space within.
More of yourself.
Music can bring hidden feelings closer; movement gives them a way to be expressed. Sasha’s background in Internal Family Systems (IFS) shapes a space of curiosity, acceptance and care for every part of us.
Gentle guidance supports exploration and release at your own pace. Move, pause or rest—whatever you feel is welcome.
MUSICIANS IN THE ROOM · MUSIC IN THE MOMENT
Live music.
Shared energy.
The breath of a flute, the warmth of a voice, the energy of strings: live music brings a human presence to the room. Musicians respond to the dancers, letting the sound soften, deepen or become more playful as the journey unfolds.
Sasha blends his playing and guest musicians’ sounds into the DJ set with mixing and effects. Live music accompanies the whole ceremony, with guest musicians and facilitators joining the experience. The Ubud lineup will be announced soon.

Past collaborations with saxophone, violin and voice.
A FEELING FOR THE EXPERIENCE
A little glimpse inside.
Live music. Free movement.
A room finding its own rhythm.
From Sasha’s previous White dance journey.

Guitar, flute, voice—and a love for bringing them together.
YOUR FACILITATOR
Hi, I’m Sasha.
DJ · live musician · Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapist
Music has been part of my life since my first guitar at thirteen. College parties brought me to DJing; over time, live instruments and dance became different ways of exploring the same thing: what it feels like to be human.
Today, my sets bring together guitar, flute, singing, vocal effects and DJing. Live sounds respond to the people in the room, carrying the journey from quiet and tender to playful and expansive, and back again.
My work with IFS shapes the way I facilitate—with curiosity and care, and a belief that the parts of ourselves we find hardest to welcome deserve space, too.
